About The Role 💡

The Senior Talent Services & Administration Specialist is responsible for overseeing the administration of the employee life-cycle from upon acceptance of our offer to infinity and beyond. This is a cross-functional position that serves the entire company. The Talent Services & Administration Manager provides to the team managed with crucial leadership and guidance on an everyday basis. The role is critical for the organization to ensure consistently efficient task management and effective task execution.
This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave.

What You'll Do 💼
Be the point person in the team to support managers, directors, C-Levels and others within the People team on human resources and labor relations matters.
Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Lead the Talent Services area ensuring that our practices, internal company policies and processes comply with labor standards in all countries where we have contracted employees. Provide support to colleagues in case of queries.
Assisting the Talent Services team with the most complex issues related to compensation within the company (compensation, bonus, salary review, etc.).
Guide and support the TS team in the implementation and migration of the new HRIS, HiBob.
Participate if you have previous experience in the design of Voicemod's equality plan.

What You'll Need ✅
+5 years of experience in Spanish HR administration and Compensation Management.
+2 years of experience in International HR administration.
Excellent English (C1+) and Spanish.
University degree in HR, Law or Labor Relations.
Accustomed to working autonomously on a wide variety of tasks.
Detail-oriented and meticulous.
Proficient with Excel, heavy-internet user and technology geek.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
