We are on a mission to transform how healthcare is delivered by automating continuity of care with empathic AI and are hiring a high energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) that will help us shape the future of healthcare by identifying and engaging new potential partners that could benefit from Tucuvi’s solutions.
The perfect candidate
As a SDR, you will play a critical role in supporting our Business Development team in prospecting target organizations.
You’re a high energy, self-starter with a strong desire for a career in sales and or marketing. You are a curious person by nature and want to come to the end of things. You’re proactive, positive, a team player and enabler.
You are passionate about how technology will transform the healthcare industry becoming more efficient and sustainable and you want to do your part to make it happen.
Expectations for this SDR role will be to develop into a sales/business developer.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in sales development or inside sales, within a B2B tech company
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English and Spanish
Knowledge/experience with CRM and SDR technologies such as Pipedrive or LinkedIn Navigator
Thirst for learning and lots of grit
Your day to day work at tucuvi
Work closely with Business Development and Marketing to create appropriate prospecting strategies
Generate new leads through relevant lead generation approaches (calls, emails, networking)
Follow up on contacts generated from marketing events, campaigns, webinars, etc
Keep CRM system up to date and track outreach activities
Outbound contact with partner targets via phone, email, and social to drive pipeline development
Develop a strong knowledge of our offerings, value propositions, and competitive differentiators
Participation in meetings as support for Business Development
Carry out lead qualification to assist in the sales process
Help Business Developers research clients before engaging with them
