As a Corporate Program Owner you will be responsible for bundling ODILO products and services offering (content, technology and services) into targeted solutions or Programs aimed at helping companies solve their challenges in the area of Learning & Development.

You will report to the Corporate Ecosystem Director, ensuring that the Sales and Post-Sales teams are always aware of the latest news/updates related to Corporate Programs.

Help everyone reach their full potential by providing personalized and intelligent unlimited learning experiences during their whole life.

What you will do at ODILO:

  • Corporate Program owners are in charge of creating:
  • Commercial Presentations: aimed at ensuring that each program's value proposition, and the pieces within it, are easily understood by potential clients.
  • Definition Documents: to ensure that the deployment teams can implement the different programs into the clients' environments.
  • Learning Experiences Roadmaps to nurture and enrich the Programs designed.
  • Real/demo Environments: aimed at making each specific program tangible.
  • Processes that enable the constant and scalable evolution of the programs created.

Finally, Corporate Product Owners provide support to the sales teams by:

  • Assuming the role of Solutions Architect (product expert) in key commercial meetings.

-Helping Key Account Managers to define tailored Programs for Big corporate customers.

To achieve the company's go-to-market strategies and product development goals, Corporate Program Owners work hand in hand with many different teams across the company: Content acquisition, Marketplace Operations, Professional Services, Learning Factory, Unlimited Learning Coaches, Sales, Product Development, Data and Marketing, mainly.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • More than 5 years of working experience, at least three of them working on - Innovation projects in Consulting Firms, ideally in the field of learning and development /HR.
  • More than 1 year in product management: designing new services to adapt to the market needs, in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Passion for the customer, bold innovation, a high design bar, and a mentality of starting with the customer first and working backward.
  • Project management skills
  • Powerpoint (Google slides, ideally)
  • High english level (C1)
