About This Role:

Our expansion plans are ambitious and we’re looking for a Head of Marketing to join our team.

The role will serve as the bridge between the largest global private chefs community (+40,000 spread in over 100 countries) and critical business functions such as Marketing, Product, Design, IT and Comms teams, aligning stakeholders and shepherding teams through the process of bringing our strategic initiatives to life.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, combining analytical mind and creative capabilities.

This person will work closely with our leadership team, in ensuring KPIs and engagement metrics while maintaining our high standard for customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned and capable manager, able to both manage a team and manage up to senior leadership.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the Marketing team
  • Create and execute a strong multi-channel organic marketing strategy
  • Produce engaging and creative content to foster our global chefs' community
  • Optimize for organic growth marketing including: SEO keyword target research, blog content development, link building, etc.
  • Identify target audiences, maintain strategic segmentation and targeting best practices
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across all channels to drive strong ROI
  • Coordinate PR and Comms strategies to spread brand recognition
  • Plan, execute and lead paid campaigns across offline and online channels

About You: 

  • 3+ years proven experience managing marketing teams plus building effective multi-channel organic marketing strategies
  • Passionate about building organic growth through engaged communities and content-based strategies
  • Experience building digital products in partnership with engineering teams, ideally global marketplaces
  • Proven track record building automated lead nurture and sales enablement campaigns with product teams
  • Exceptional project management and organization skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
  • A confident, caring and capable people leader, with a track record of building and engaging a diverse team
  • Proficiency in English is required; ideal candidates will be bilingual in Spanish and/or French
