About The Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join
our Product team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing,
and analyzing large sets of data to inform business decisions and identify
opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have strong technical
skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication and problem-
solving abilities.
This role has to be more than the 60% of their time-based in Madrid, Spain.
The Challenge
Collect, clean, and organize large sets of data from various sources
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key
performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven
opportunities for growth and optimization
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through
clear and concise reports and presentations
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to
inform data strategy and analysis techniques.

Overall, the role of the Analytics team in Cobee is to leverage data and
analytics to drive business growth and success on a global scale.
This is you
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science,
Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration) OR a
master's degree in a relevant field OR equivalent experience gained
through a private bootcamp or other professional development
program.
2+ years of experience in a data analysis or similar role.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and at least one
data visualization tool (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Nice to Have
Experience working with large datasets in a startup environment
Proficiency in a programming language (e.g. Python, R)
Experience with data modeling and machine learning techniques
