We believe the Restaurants industry is one of the least digitized in the world. There’s a massive opportunity to add value to restaurateurs through technology in areas like online sales, in-store tech, payments and much more.

We recently acquired Spanish-based company Win Delivery to tackle this opportunity, and we’re looking for a Business Development Lead for WinDelivery who will have a key role in the commercial growth and success of the company.

As WinDelivery’s Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for building the best value proposition for each customer, implementing the action plan for each account, owning the sales country's budget, supporting integration phases with partners and building a long standing relationship with them.

You will be reporting to the Head of Business Development and participating in all the preparation of deal and contract negotiations.

Your role will be key to coordinate all the relevant stakeholders within WinDelivery (Finance, Operations and Tech) to make things happen and fulfill our vision to become one of the top SaaS companies in the delivery channel for big restaurant chains.

Be a Part Of a Team Where You Will

  • Integrate new partners
  • Fully understand the WinDelivery platform and tools
  • Own the Sales Business Plan and Sales countries budget
  • Build and adapt customized proposals for each partner, which will require coordination with the development team for technical scope and with commercial teams for pricing
  • Lead contract negotiations with partner Account Manager to establish a strong working partnership grounded on sustainable economics for both parties
  • Support integration phases with partners by organizing workshops and bringing the tools and guidelines to develop connectors
  • Drive successful execution, on-time deliverables with high-quality standard
  • Coordinate with other departments and improve processes
  • Be an expert and they keep detailed notes on leads and opportunities interactions and apply it
  • Gather feedback from products and services from partners
  • Be an expert on analyze results, identify each sales opportunities to improve their performance and drive positive changes
  • Be the owner working together with the Finance, Operations and Tech team to ensure the quantity and increase the quality of the pipeline to boost productivity through lead assignment.
  • Win each city, country where we operate keeping an eye on competition
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You Have

  • Have graduated a bachelor’s / master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • Have a first experience in Marketplace Business Development, Sales or Account Management/Consulting/Project
  • Demonstrate strong results-oriented, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Have strong communication and presentation skills
  • Have an appetite for commercial prospection and B2B relationships
  • Are familiar with technologies and web frameworks
  • Be a highly business-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments
  • Fluent in Spanish and English – any additional European languages will be a great asset in the context of international expansion
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
